UCVPN Account Deletion Request

You can use this page to request the deletion of your UCVPN account and related data. After you submit your request, we will process it according to our procedures once the review is complete.

Please provide information related to your account so that we can verify your identity and process the deletion request.
After you submit the request, your account login access, binding relationships, and related service data will be deleted according to our procedures.
If you subscribed through Google Play or the App Store, please cancel auto-renewal on the corresponding platform first.
Due to laws and regulations, financial audits, anti-fraud, or security risk-control requirements, certain necessary records may be retained for a limited period.

Data Processing Notes

After deletion, we generally clear account profile data, binding relationships, login authorization information, and service data directly associated with the account.
Records related to subscriptions, payments, invoicing, risk control, appeals, or security audits may be retained for a period of time in accordance with applicable law or business compliance requirements.
